When will my order be dispatched?
All our rugs are washed and hand-repaired prior to dispatch and will be dispatched from Marrakech within 14 days. If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
This item is a pre-order, so delivery will take approximately 14-28 days from date of order within Australia.
Where is this rug shipped from?
This product is shipped direct from our artisans in Marrakech via DHL express.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us to receive your tracking number.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive, or is lost in transit?
Once your parcels has left Morocco they are then property of DHL. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
